Notes: We get a fair number of Huskys through the shelter and by and large they are great family dogs, good with kids and other dogs. Slate is a little edgier than his predecessors; vocal about his distaste for kennel life and pushy in pursuit of getting his own way. Slate is a stunning specimen, as refined as any purebred husky we have seen. But this boy many need a little more direction and some consistent but kind discipline to learn his place and develop better manners to make him a top notch companion.
