Notes: It's difficult to believe that this playful, friendly, excited, young dog could have been neglected so badly. Caleb, with those big brown eyes was scooped up off the streets by police he brought him to the shelter with a severely embedd4ed collar that had to be surgically removed. His scars are healing and it is a tribute to this fine dog that he holds no grudges, does not cringe on leash and is happy to meet and greet just about anyone with confidence and charm. Caleb loves to run, particularly with a tennis ball in his mouth. With some routine and regular exercise, there can be no doubt that this disadvantaged dog would make a fine and loyal family pet.
